KBR is seeking an Integrated Product Support (IPS) Specialist to support a MILSATCOM Program Management Office (PMO) within the US Space Force's (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO. We conduct operations and sustainment activities for state-of-the-art Military and Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our Nation's warfighters.

We are looking for an innovative, creative, and highly motivated Integrated Product Support (IPS) Specialist to provide services for an advanced MILSATCOM capability based out of SSC at Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB). Join our high-functioning, high-performing MSEIT Sustainment IPT located at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) and be an important part of directly supporting the Joint and Allied operational warfighting community, currently employing MILSATCOM and NC3 space systems, terminals and software applications worldwide.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform IPS responsibilities for MILSATCOM systems transition from development to operations and support in support of Combat Forces Command (CFC), Mission Delta 8, 8th Sustainment Squadron (8STS)

• Provide IPS expertise to include planning and management of, but not limited to; product support; supply support; maintenance; packaging, handling, storage, and transportation; sustaining engineering; design interface; technical data; information technology continuous support; support equipment; training and training support; manpower and personnel; facilities and infrastructure; programming, planning, budgeting and execution; and contracting

• Author and evaluate various IPS documents to include, but not limited to: Depot Maintenance Activation Plans (DMAP); Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP); Technical Orders and Manuals; Provisioning; Physical Configuration Audits; Demilitarization and Disposal; Sparing; Depot Source of Repair; Packaging; Permanent Modifications; Facility Modifications; Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation; Contract Data Requirements; Maintenance Plans; Government Property; Product Support Arrangements; Integrated Master Schedules; Configuration and Data Management; and Records Management

• Execute, facilitate, or support IPS-related forums to include, but not limited to: Integrated Logistics Support Management Teams; Integrated Product Support Working Groups; Depot Maintenance Activation Working Group; Training Planning Team; Provisioning Conferences; Technical Order Verification; Modification Control Board; Engineering Review Board; Interface Control Working Group; Configuration Review Board; Baseline Control Board; Cybersecurity Engineering Working Group; and Integrated Product Support Element Reviews

• Travel: Up to 25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations upon Government direction

Required Experience: (education, or equivalent experience - types of experience and years required)

• Active TS/SCI Clearance

•BS in an IPS-related field

• +5 years related experience in DoD Space Operations, Integrated Product Support, or DoD Acquisition

• +5 years experience related to technical leadership of teams and projects

• Personnel must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team building skills with demonstrated ability to build consensus in a government/contractor team environment

• Personnel must be capable of leading projects, including the technical direction of other personnel and the setting of project standards and focus on critical path

• Personnel must be able to work autonomously with customers, define and develop operational/technical projects and be actively involved in the technical direction and mentoring of more junior specialists

• Microsoft Office - proficient to expert

• Microsoft Project - knowledgeable to proficient

Preferred Experience: (education, or equivalent experience - types of experience and years required)

• BS in a technical field

• MS in technical field

• >5 years' related experience DoD Space Operations, Life Cycle Logistics, or DoD Acquisition

• >5 years' related Program Management with relevant certifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance

• Demilitarization & Disposal (DoD) - knowledgeable

• Financial Management (DoD) - knowledgeable

Additional information: This position is 100% onsite at Peterson Space Force Base's (PSFB), Product Support Facility (PSF) given mission requirements and is not eligible for formal hybrid or full remote employment options.

Basic Compensation: $86,000 - $130,000 in Colorado

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
