Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new hardware platforms while enhancing existing systems.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge processes and technologies into product development workflows.
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and engineering diagrams to guide design efforts.
- Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols, document outcomes, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee activities related to design, prototyping, modification, and assembly of hardware components.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of engineering principles and ability to apply them across diverse programs.
- Proven track record in hardware design, development, testing, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address highly complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and guiding technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility required.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $140,000-$180,000 (depending on experience)
