Top Secret Cleared Network Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Network Engineer to support a long term program out of Whidbey Island, WA. The Top Secret Cleared Network Engineer is responsible for evaluating and troubleshooting LAN/BAN/WAN networks, administering and configuring network hardware and software, coordinating conversions and cutovers, and integrating and testing large-scale computer networks with OEM certification such as CCNA.

Responsibilities of the Top Secret Cleared Network Engineer includes:

• Evaluate and Troubleshoot Networks: Assess communication hardware/software and resolve issues across LAN, BAN, and WAN environments.
• Administer and Maintain Networks: Manage and configure LAN/BAN/WAN systems, ensuring reliable performance and connectivity.
• Coordinate Network Changes: Schedule conversions and cutovers, and collaborate with users and sites to implement updates smoothly.
• Integrate and Test Large-Scale Networks: Perform configuration, integration, and testing of complex computer networks, requiring OEM certification such as CCNA.

Qualifications for the Top Secret Cleared Network Engineer includes :

• 4+ years of network support experience
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• Must possess an IAT II certification
• An active Top Secret clearance

Compensation for the Top Secret Cleared Network Engineer includes :

• Hourly Rate: $36 - $42/hr ** depending on experience and education**
