Ryan Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Telecommunications Voice Lead to support LM and assist with managing telecommunications hardware, software and cabling across an Enterprise Telecommunications environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years' experience as a dedicated lead technician supporting Cisco systems. The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 3 years' experience with networking and CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), formally known as Cisco Call Manager.
Work Schedule (Flex 9/80):
Week 1: Monday through Thursday, 9-hour shift; off on Friday
Week 2: Monday-Thursday, 9-hour shift and Friday an 8-hour shift

Salary Description
$67,600
Work Schedule (Flex 9/80):

Key responsibilities include:
- Will be responsible for leading installations, MAC, maintenance issues and special projects.
- Strong communications skills.
- Lead interface to LMC.
- Lead day-to-day operations, prioritizing workload for onsite technicians.
- Define best practices and quality assurance.
- Manage and install building infrastructure cable requirements as required by business area.
- Assist as necessary, in the creation or updating of LM Standard Operating Instructions (SOI), support documentation and policies and procedures based upon process reviews.
- Application vulnerability remediation.
- Evaluate application release levels and recommend upgrade path.
- Coordinate and deploy Voice over IP endpoints.
- Telecommunications Move, Add, Change (MAC) Coordination. Basic station configuration, frame jumper connection, site surveys, and updating cable records.
- Telecommunications Basic Switch Maintenance. Check alarms, remove and replace defective equipment, endpoint troubleshooting. Maintain limited advanced replacement stock. Provide Tier 1 level endpoint break/fix.
- Administer ITSM / Service Now network ticket queue.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience as a dedicated lead technician supporting Cisco Systems.
- Knowledge of 9-1-1 and E9-1-1 regulations, private switch agreements and multi-line telephone system, implementation and recurring maintenance.
- Working knowledge of carrier telecommunications technologies (e.g. PRI, BRI, ISDN, SIP and VoIP, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in Crash phone regulations, system implementation and recurring maintenance.
- Knowledge of Cisco VoIP telecommunication systems.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Networking and CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), formally known as Cisco Call Manager.
- Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and other MS applications.
- Familiar with Configuration Management concepts.
- Experience with structured cabling standards
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. for rack mounting equipment
- Self-starter
- Valid driver's license (travel to local buildings on campus or within the city to address issues)
