RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Utilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the J64 Division Chief.
• Assist the J64 Division Chief and staff in the development, maintenance and tracking of policy implementation and compliance levels.
• Quickly learn and integrate into the USSOCOM corporate culture.
Additional duties:
• Flexibly accept assignments supporting various aspects of the J64 Division Chief's vision and work independently while seeking guidance as appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to support all assigned tasks.
• Assist with the development and review of policy administration documentation as requested.
• Assist the Government in generating reports analyzing and assessing each department's performance achievements against the standards.
• Assist the Government in preparing briefings and training documentation on operating procedures and requirements.
• Create reports and data visualizations to make recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor project schedule compliance levels, identify gaps and potential issues.
• Open issues tracking and follow up with issue owners.
• Provide planning support for programs including scheduling, budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Gather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports.
• Processes all travel and expense reports in a timely and efficient manner.
• Processes incoming mail and organizes, routes and distributes appropriately.
• Collaborates with Travel Coordinator in travel preparations.
• Organizes meetings and events, virtual or otherwise, and assists in planning and preparing agendas and meeting notes, as requested.
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in use of portals for document management.
• Motivated interest in managing programs, schedule implementation and tracking timelines.
• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university (preferred), currently working on appropriate degree requirements in an accredited college or university will also be considered.
