Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Mid-Level Project Management Specialist to join our Singapore AH-64 Sustainment team in Mesa, AZ.

The Singapore team under Northeast & Southeast Asia (NESEA) within Boeing Global Services-Government Services (BGS-GS) team, this role will support the lead Program Manager in delivering improved customer readiness in line with Project Management Best Practices (PMBP). This role will require hands-on delivery of project execution for day-to-day operational tasks. The successful candidate will ideally possess knowledge and understanding of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) sustainment environment and have experience working Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support the lead Program Manager for the AH-64SG Contract Logistics Support (CLS), Life Extension Program (LEP), Reduced-size Crashworthy External Fuel System (RCEFS), and other smaller contracts
  • Establish and use Program Management Best Practices to manage budgets, maintain schedule, identify and mitigate risks and issues, build efficiencies for scale into program plans, and develop program goals
  • Liaise between AH-64 Sustainment (BGS) and partner development teams (BDS), maintaining open communication and reporting cadences
  • Support the Lead Program Manager in leading weekly Program Management Meetings (PMM), monthly EAC reviews, and customer Program Management Reviews (PMRs), as required
  • Coordinate contractual requirements cross-functional between internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, applicable subcontractors, etc.)
  • Ensure program schedule milestones are achieved per program baselines; escalate issues as required
  • Ensure all applicable Contract Date Requirements List (CDRLs) are submitted per contractual requirement by appropriate Control Account Managers (CAMs)
  • Present relevant status to Boeing management / other functions and customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, help needed, and changes to plan
  • Support technical correctness and consistency of products to maintain customer satisfaction


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects and implementing Program Management Best Practices
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams from proposal through execution
  • Working knowledge of military aircraft upgrades and sustainment
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
  • Experience developing and briefing presentations for executive-level leadership
  • Willing and able to support occasional phone calls during non-business hours (evenings/early mornings)
  • Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time both domestically and internationally


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military experience
  • Experience working with and/or managing Supply Chain processes and functions
  • Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means
  • Experience managing contractual deliverables

Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
