Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Material Expeditor to support our depot repair programs. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring repair programs remain on schedule by moving assets throughout the repair process, tracking material availability, and maintaining accurate records. Your work will directly support contractual commitments and overall manufacturing efficiency.

Full-Time Salary Range: $51941 - $83107
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the depot repair business by physically moving assets through the factory and coordinating material transfers between functions across the site to prevent lost or damaged assets.
- Track job progress and maintain accurate status records in both internal and external databases; proactively notify team leads of potential delays or issues impacting delivery commitments.
- Participate in regular program review meetings, providing clear status updates for aged assets and ongoing repair activities.
- Provide timely updates to VSL, Logistics Analysts, and managers to help keep repairs moving through the factory.
- Utilize internal mainframe and enterprise applications, such as Oracle, PDM, and our Manufacturing Execution System, to perform daily tasks.
- Monitor material availability and respond quickly to shortages caused by lost, damaged, or defective materials to prevent work stoppages.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High school education or GED
- 2+ years of experience working in a repair/manufacturing environment or material/production control environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and database entry.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with Oracle ERP Inventory and Depot Repair systems.
- Experience using government databases, such as the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system, is preferred.
