As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. This dynamic role requires both armed and driving responsibilities as you remain visible throughout your patrols, contribute to a secure environment, and uphold Allied Universal's values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas, verifying identification and authorization as required.
• Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
• Assist with emergency drills and respond to alarms or emergency situations, coordinating with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as necessary.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location, interacting with personnel and visitors to provide assistance and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Hold a Level III Armed Certification for Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
