What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining composure at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity and/or potential threats, helping to deter unauthorized access or incidents within the facility.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns and support overall site operations.
• Adhere to all protocols regarding the handling and carrying of firearms, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Hold a Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
