TEMPORARY SERVICES COORDINATOR.

- The Contractor shall serve in Code 312 as a Fire Safety Officer Assistants and/or Temporary Services Coordinator, responsible for assisting the Fire Safety Officer in managing ships safety and temporary service installation onboard ships in support of a wide variety of shipboard equipment and systems in "Zone," planning overall work assignments on an immediate and long-range basis in accordance with established schedule requirements.
- The Contractor shall also work with Zone Managers to ensure proper scheduling and installation/removal of Temporary Services that supports the assigned work. The Contractor shall maintain liaison with key management personnel in all departments, offices and divisions, including Project Superintendents, Assistant Project Superintendents, Type Desk Personnel, engineering supervisors, supply supervisors, surveyors and other personnel involved in shipboard engineering work as required.
- The contractor will coordinate Temporary Services installation, maintaining and removal.
- The contractor will assist the Fire Safety Officer as required in maintaining a safe working environment for all maintenance availabilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Contractor's personnel shall possess the necessary maintenance supply analytical, technical, engineering program management, integrated logistics and administrative skills and knowledge to successfully carry out all assigned tasks.
- Personnel shall have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office and AIM Software.
- Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.
- Must be able to lift 60lbs.
- Must have a Secret Clearance at a minimum for this position.
