OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our highly collaborative team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing our customer-facing web application, expanding its capabilities and improving overall performance.
The Software Engineer will work with users to define reporting needed and work in conjunction with other engineers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project management skills to support coordination and planning, along with excellent communication and documentation skills. The candidate will work with financial users to identify and implement reporting tools.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize our ASP.NET application using C#, .NET 4.8+, and SQL Server with a strong focus on data access and system scalability.
- Create and tune complex SQL queries using ADO.NET and Entity Framework for data processing.
- Develop front-end functionality with JavaScript and Vue.js, ensuring a responsive and engaging user experience.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues with the support of the team.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC to ensure smooth delivery for customers and support issues as needed.
- Improve engineering practices, aligning with company goals for continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years' experience with ASP.Net MVC, C#, JavaScript, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, and the Microsoft .NET stack.
- Strong SQL Server experience including writing complex queries and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to get to the root of complex issues is required.
- Vue.js (or similar frontend framework) experience is required.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar) for Scrum-based issue tracking, release management, and Git is required.
- Microsoft Azure (or similar) cloud experience is required.
- Understanding of modern security and compliance principles, with exposure to frameworks such as SOC 2, CMMC, or NIST is strongly preferred.
- An interest in accounting, finance, and reporting systems is required.
- College diploma or University degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering is preferred.
