As an Operations Specialist, the candidate will support the Operations Chief, government, and contract leadership with processes, administrative actions, and records management. The candidate will support with communications artifacts such as Operations Orders (OPORDs) and other Orders, Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs), developing and briefing presentations, Data Calls, and other artifacts. The Operations Specialist will manage documents within a database for archival, as well as tag for ease of future use or update. The candidate may be asked to analyze business and user needs, documents requirements, recommends process improvements, and revises existing logic difficulties as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Program Manager and other team members with maintaining and coordinating communication with the customer/clients throughout the program
- Disseminate, track, and report on internal and external tasks for compliance, remaining actions, and current task status
- Develops detailed documentation of client requirements; gathers both functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborates with the program leadership team to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements
- Performs data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities to provide process improvement
- Supports cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement such as asset management, logistics, onboarding, and offboarding
- Assists in developing and revising procedures, defining processes, and delivery of related training to users and staff
- Participate in all meetings including stand-ups, demos, and planning meetings
- Performs other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting office
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience
- Must have and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non-technical team members and clients
- Must be willing to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience
- BA/BS Degree and 3 or more years' experience as a Business Analyst OR AA/AS Degree or two (2) year Technical School education and 2 or more years' experience as a Business Analyst.
