WHAT WE'RE DOING
The Enterprise Mission Command & Control (EMC2) Market Segment within the MIC2 line of business has recently undergone a strategic reorganization and realignment of the portfolio of programs. This transformation positions EMC2 for greater operational efficiency, high growth, and enhanced market focus. Consistent with this, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead a critical sub-market segment: Integrated Command and Control (IC2).
THE WORK
As the IC2 Finance Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading a high performing finance team and partnering with sub-market segment leadership in ensuring sound financial stewardship. You will manage all Business Operations functions within the portfolio, including program accounting and controls, with direct reporting to the F&BO Director for the EMC2 Market Segment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee the financial performance of programs and the broader portfolio.
• Manage overhead budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial commitments are met.
• Partner with Program Offices and Business Development to shape new opportunities.
• Control program costs, monitor cost performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Engage directly with domestic and international customers across multiple entities.
• Lead geographically dispersed teams to deliver impactful financial strategies and solutions.
Location: Flexible / Remote with travel (20%).
Travel: Visits to Colorado, Manassas, VA, and international travel including but not limited to Australia as business requires.
Team: ~6 finance professionals, with opportunity for growth
Portfolio: ~$0.5B in annual sales, with significant international programs.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and experience in program finance. You excel in leading and developing teams, driving accountability, and achieving cost reduction targets. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, programs, and operations. You are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong finance background (U.S. domestic and int'l), FP&A, Pricing/Capture, and Financial Controls
• Overhead & Financial management experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues and meet deadlines
• Adept at managing relationships across organizations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong detail orientation
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to strengthen processes to improve performance and efficiency
• Experience supporting audits, internal controls and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin processes
• International Business Experience
• Proposal Experience

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $124,900 - $220,225. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
