Koniag Technology and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a skilled Defense Personal Property Application Liaison to support KTIS and our government customer. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a remote position.

This skilled DPS Application Liaison will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams at the customer contact center. The ideal candidate will support either DPS, Electronic Transportation Operational Personal Property Standards System (eTOPS), or milMove, and work with Government personnel to resolve application problems. The Liaison will familiarize themselves with current problems, upcoming changes, recurring problems, future plans, and scheduled outages, and provide end customers with the most accurate information.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Generate reports to include routine system reports .
- Group incidents into the following areas: DPS Account Creation/Access, eTOPS , MilMove , Functional Questions, Government Call Center Tier 2 support, etc.
- Notify the Government POCs to monitor high-priority incidents and provide updates on the status of high-priority incidents.
- Ensure that if numerous incidents are being opened regarding the same topic/issue, a problem is created, and all incidents are attached to keep a count of the number of times someone called in with the same issue .
- Review, research, and ensure complex customer incidents that require escalation meet the stated criteria .
- Provide system(s) checks on an approved schedule .
- Identify and correct specific problems with individual technical service representative s that could impact customer service .
- Ensure all technical service representative s have the appropriate training to provide a professional, quality, and knowledgeable response to the customer .
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an application support, business analysis, or related role.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to application functionality.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in creating user documentation and training materials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and technology environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Experience with specific Defense Personal Property System (DPS), Electronic Transportation Operational Personal Property Standards System (eTOPS), or MilMove.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
- Experience in government contracting environments.
- Background in software development or IT operations.
- Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL.
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools.
