Redwood Strategy Group is seeking a full-time Senior Oracle DAI Analyst. This is currently a short term, immediate fill position. This role will provide support for Headquarters Marine Corps Programs and Resources, Budget Execution Division (RBE) to provide hands-on financial systems support for the agency. The analyst will leverage expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite and the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) to improve General Ledger operations, analyze and resolve system issues, test and deploy enhancements, and strengthen audit readiness and transactional accuracy. The role requires close collaboration with finance stakeholders and technical teams to support ongoing production operations and continuous improvement within a complex federal financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional support for General Ledger and related accounting processes within Oracle EBS and DAI, including analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes related to transaction posting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash lifecycle accuracy by identifying root causes of accounting discrepancies.
• Conduct functional testing for upgrades, releases, and defect resolution including test script creation, execution, and validation.
• Develop and maintain financial system documentation including standard operating procedures, business process narratives, business process workflows, configuration updates, and training materials.
• Provide end user support through issue research, functional guidance, and targeted training.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field or EIGHT Years of Experience
- Minimum of FOUR years Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite supporting federal accounting operations, preferably Department of Defense and Marine Corps.
- Functional expertise with Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) including troubleshooting and enhancement support.
- Strong General Ledger experience including journal processing, month-end close, reconciliation, and accounting controls.
- Experience working within federal financial management environments in support of audit sustainability.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design and actionable system solutions.
- Excellent communication skills supporting finance stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal financial systems integration including DAI, PBIS, G-INvoicing, WAWF, and ADVANA.
- Background supporting Budget Execution processes.
- Ability to support multiple stakeholders and collaborate with government personnel and vendors under the leadership of senior staff.
