What you will need to be successful:
- Experience with administration of Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11)
- Experience with administration of Microsoft Server Operating systems (WinSvr2012, WinSvr2016, WinSvr2019, WinSvr2022, WinSvr2025)
- Some Experience with Linux - RedHat system administration
- Experience with STIG Viewer
- Experience SCAP tool
- Familiarity with NIST SP800.53 Compliance guide
- Familiarity with device vulnerability remediation - particularly Microsoft Operating systems
- Familiarity with security concepts and best practices
- Understanding of network concepts, protocols, operation, and devices
- Some scripting experience ( Windows PowerShell/UN*X shell)
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
- Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of alike experience OR Masters Degree with 2+ years of alike experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Security+ Certification or other DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Compensation and Benefits:
- $75,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
