Boeing's Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization is seeking an Experienced Facilities Project Management Specialist - Cost Controls to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team in Berkeley, MO.

This is an exciting opportunity to support large, complex construction projects. In this role, you will partner closely with the Project Management team to manage all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and financial reporting. You will also collaborate with a diverse construction management team while supporting Boeing Defense and the Air Dominance division.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support major projects by collecting and analyzing financial data
  • Work with vendors and project management teams (both Boeing and external) to baseline project budgets and predicted spending over the life of projects
  • Collect and track purchase order data to track against baseline budget and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
  • Utilize various reporting mechanisms to track actual and projected spending by vendors
  • Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) methods to report on project status for budget and schedule
  • Support Boeing Project Management leadership by performing financial analysis and budget audits
  • Oversee construction accounting on major projects to enable proper cost classification and accurate project closeout documentation Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or construction
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • 3+ years of experience in Project or Construction Management
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with Financial Data (i.e accounting, financial planning,
  • cost management, legal and/or contracts)
  • Experience in collaborating and working across teams

Summary Pay Range: $94,350 - $127,650
