Role Overview
We are seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to serve as the strategic bridge between our Product, Development, and Business units. In this role, you will be the architect of our organizational memory. Operating within a high-velocity Agile environment, you will ensure that technical insights, project milestones, and business logic are captured, curated, and accessible. Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Architecture: Design and manage the content hierarchy within Jira and Confluence to improve findability, internal communication, and cross-team collaboration.
Documentation Lifecycle: Lead the generation, collection, and maintenance of technical project documentation, ensuring strict version control and accuracy across the development lifecycle.
Strategy & Innovation: Develop and execute creative strategies for knowledge capture to prevent "information silos" and ensure long-term retention of critical intellectual property.
Cross-Functional Translation: Act as a bilingual liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable technical documentation.
Onboarding & Continuity: Design robust knowledge transfer programs to accelerate onboarding for new hires and facilitate continuous professional development for the existing team.
Agile Integration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to identify documentation needs in real-time and ensure the repository evolves alongside the product.
