Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is looking for a Mid-Level Weapons Test Support Services Specialist to join our team in St. Charles, MO.

Manage assets used in support of Weapons Flight Test Operations. Collaborate across functional departments comprised of various engineering disciplines, Boeing Business Operations, BDS Production Operations, Boeing Supply Chain/Logistics, and Boeing Global Compliance. Responsible for lifecycle management of company and GFE assets. Tasks include acquiring, utilization, movement, maintenance, inventory and accountability of Flight Test hardware.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support procurement activity of consumable and capital equipment required to support test activity
  • Maintain inventory of test equipment (present location, future reservation needs, and health/status)
  • Track delivery of purchase orders required for test activities
  • Partner with Boeing MATES org to maintain calibrated equipment
  • Stage, pack, and coordinate the shipment of equipment to and from test sites
  • Coordinate with Global Trade Controls on any export-controlled equipment and information
  • Advise management on any capital equipment maintenance and procurement activities
  • Provide oversight of government furnished/supplied equipment
  • Maintain test support equipment lab, including general organization and surplus of obsolete equipment
  • Collaborate with Finance and/or Contract focal to support execution of Weapons Flight Test objectives


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and strategies
  • Experience with procuring parts, materials and services


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience working with inventory, calibration, and shipping systems
  • Familiarity with global trade controls and required documentation

Summary Pay Range: $63,750 - $86,250
