You will be the Program Manager for the Javelin and Multi-Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) Risk & Opportunity team. Our team is responsible for deploying and continuously improving the Risk & Opportunity process across both portfolios to safeguard schedule, cost, and performance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience leading cross functional teams in program or project leadership role
• Demonstrated experience handling risks and opportunities in a program or functional role
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience developing presentations for and briefing executive leadership
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience using the ROADS risk management application
• Understanding of IMS and how risk mitigation plans affect schedule baselines
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Design, execute, and maintain Risk & Opportunity Management Plans for both portfolios.
- Chair the monthly R&O Management Board, ensuring risks and opportunities are reviewed, assigned, and tracked.
- Partner with IPT leads to align risk handling with the Integrated Master Schedule and program baselines.
- Maintain live risk/opportunity registers and produce executive dashboards.
- Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive adoption of best-in-class R&O tools.
