Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR Assistant to join our team! In this role you will assist with all HR related matters for a major project.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee on-boarding and offboarding processes of incoming employees to Project Site office.
- Liaise with recruiters and mobilizers and act as point of contact between project and Pro team/HR.
- Attend to all inquiries of project employees regarding employment and contractual matters
- Manage the new joiners orientation.
- Assist with offboarding processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all time.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across all Human Resources functions.
- Issue pre-employment requirements instructions for the employee's facilitation.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelors Degree
- Recent graduate or up to 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong English communication skills.
- Computer literacy with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
