Full Stack Infrastructure Engineer
Prism is supporting a large mission-critical development and sustainment program to operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Prism is seeking a skilled Full Stack Infrastructure Engineer with a specialized focus on automated patching and security updates within AWS Cloud production and development environments. This role is central to building an automated security finding, analysis, and remediation pipeline to support long-term strategic security missions. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities
- Agile Integration: Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams as a critical contributor, focusing on the design, testing, and implementation of advanced cybersecurity software solutions.
- Systems Oversight: Oversee and maintain production systems in an AWS Cloud environment, ensuring high availability, reliable operation, and security.
- Pipeline Development: Perform analysis and execute automated patching, security updates, and remediation of security findings using Ansible.
- Security Reporting: Maintain a heavy focus on security finding reporting, deep-dive analysis, and end-to-end remediation.
- Risk Management: Assist in risk assessments and develop effective mitigation countermeasures to proactively defend the infrastructure.
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance (with the ability to obtain higher-level clearances and customer suitability).
- Software Development: 8+ years of directly relevant software development experience.
- Infrastructure Engineering: 2+ years of directly relevant experience in Agile full-stack infrastructure engineering.
- Automation Mastery: Proficiency in Python and Pip for software development and automation.
- Vulnerability Tooling: Experience working with WIZ or Nessus vulnerability findings, including reporting, analysis, and automated remediation.
- AWS & Patching: * Demonstrated experience supporting production environments in AWS.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Systems Manager (SSM) Patch Manager.
- Proven ability to build automated patching and update pipelines.
- Configuration Management: Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Technical Depth: * Demonstrated experience analyzing and automatically remediating CVE findings.
- Working knowledge of AWS CLI, Python System/Local/venv package updates, Windows updates, and Linux Yum updates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. (Ten years of additional experience-for a total of 18+ years-may be substituted for a degree).
- Advanced Remediation: In-depth knowledge of investigating and automating the remediation of complex security vulnerabilities.
- Monitoring: Experience with AWS CloudWatch.
- Compliance: DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
- Secure Coding: CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional).
