Full Stack Developer
Prism is supporting a large mission-critical development and sustainment program to operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Prism is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in AWS Cloud development, staging, and production environments. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and deployment of advanced cybersecurity capabilities to support strategic security initiatives today and into the future. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities
Infrastructure Engineering
- Cybersecurity Solutions: Design, test, and implement advanced cybersecurity software capabilities as a key contributor within Agile Scrum teams.
- Risk Management: Support risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies as required to maintain environment integrity.
- Code Quality: Develop automated unit tests and perform thorough debugging to ensure reliable, high-quality code.
- DevOps Excellence: Collaborate on Deployment, DevOps, and CI/CD processes to optimize pipelines and streamline complex workflows.
- Operational Monitoring: Establish and interpret monitoring systems for CI/CD processes to ensure operational effectiveness and rapid response.
- Clearance: Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain customer suitability and a TS/SCI Clearance.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of Agile full-stack infrastructure engineering experience with a specific focus on production AWS environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. (Ten years of additional experience-for a total of 18+ years-may be substituted for a degree).
- AWS Ecosystem: Deep experience with CloudWatch, EBS, EC2 Image Builder, ECR, ECS, Event Bridge, AWS Config, IAM, and Secrets Manager.
- Security Automation: Automated remediation expertise for security vulnerabilities and knowledge of automated solutions using Ansible.
- Compliance & Frameworks:
- CISA Guidance: Securing the Software Supply Chain, Open-Source Software Security, and General Cybersecurity Best Practices.
- NIST Frameworks: NIST SP 800-218 (Secure Software Development Framework).
- Agile Mastery: Proven ability as a Full Stack Developer with experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Cloud Certification: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Cybersecurity Certifications: DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+) or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional).
