Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Instrumentation Engineer

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, such as avionics or electrical, including troubleshooting complex systems from technical drawings or in the field
- Knowledge of engineering principles as they apply to hardware design, including electronics, avionics, telecommunications, signal processing, and instrumentation
- Knowledge of the principles of project and program management
- Ability to provide technical advice and analysis of functional systems, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems
- Ability to develop te chn ical documentation, including 2D te chn ical drawings, 3D models, and other written te chn ical documentation, including instrumentation recording instructions
- Ability to collaborate with a team, including a variety of te chn ical and non-te chn ical teammates, to solve complex problems
- Ability to communicate concepts, results, and other te chn ical information to internal and external audiences and te chn ical and non-te chn ical stakeholders effectively
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Aerospace, Aviation, Electrical, or Engineering field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Air Force programs, especially designing systems for military aircraft
- Experience supporting or conducting test events in laboratory, prototyping, or field environments
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in an Aerospace, Aviation, Electrical, or Engineering field
