Senior Program Manager

Description

ProSync is seeking a passionate Senior Program Manager to oversee security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations, drawing on some of the nation's leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders for enhancing, accelerating, and assuring the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats.

This position offers a salary in the range of $200-225k based on numerous factors, including degree and overall experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position handles the support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. This role includes:

• Managing DoD contracts.
• Overseeing program operations related to NAVSEA/NAVWAR.
• Ensuring quality of products and services, schedules, cost control, business relations, and management of personnel.
• Planning, directing, coordinating, and managing administrative activities of the contract.
• Supervising managers and personnel in the execution of assigned duties/tasking.
• Reviewing and maintaining quality of technical work done on the program.
• Assuring and monitoring the timeliness and quality of all work products.
• Task and work planning.
• Monitoring and reporting task order performance and financial status.
• Controlling budget, schedule, and task execution.
• Managing Sub-contractors.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years' experience, including experience in a management capacity with responsibilities for major project or program level management of Contractors/subordinates.

• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A BS Degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. In lieu of the education target, individuals should have fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the program management and program oversight of Control System/Information System or other technical equipment, systems or programs for the U.S. Navy.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in a management capacity with responsibilities for financial management, tracking and fiscal oversight of program funding is preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center and Fleet organizations is desired.
