The TRADOC Team Officer/NCO Education Analyst will provide overarching integration and facilitation support for the client's professional development training programs to ensure they are well synchronized with known and projected requirements. The complexity of this task is such that assistance is required in executing the coordination of activities that will be required to bring all the task/initiatives together and deliver solutions that deliver improved individual training effectiveness and a greater throughput of trained NCOs.

Pay Range

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations to the client's Plans and Programs Team Chief and staff on matters relating to the Non-Commissioned Officer Education System (NCOES).
- Develop guideline recommendations for the formulation of future policies, plans, and programs to ensure effective utilization of the full-time client academies.
- Conduct courseware reviews of all client courses, to include technical phases that are applicable to client's staff and stakeholders.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of resource requirements for future NCOES training.
- Work closely with the client's Subject Matter Experts (SME) Cells to ensure future NCOES course materials are compatible with training in a Reserve Component Institution.
- Prepare and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations on current and future NCOES training backlogs.
- Coordinate with the client stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met for all Career Management Field (CMF)'s.
- Analyze and review new/revised Program of instruction (POI)s and provide input to staffing.
- Provide monthly data on status, throughput and density of NCOES training.
- Collect, review, analyze and distribute NCOES Backlog reports received from the client's stakeholders, directorates, and other agencies and prepare state reports quarterly
- Identify emerging NCOES requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications - Here's What You Need:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- At least fifteen (15) years' experience in the following:
- Army Training Management, ATRRS, AFAM, ITRIM; Data Analysis; NCO Education System
- Preparation of briefing materials and providing Senior Leader briefings
- Active Secret clearance
- Knowledge of ATRRS, AFAM, ITRIM, NCOES
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Working Conditions:
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
