Requirements
What You'll Do
This isn't just posting jobs and waiting. You'll be the engine behind how we find and land top talent.
- Hunt for talent using creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards-you name it)
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand what "great" looks like
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle - from first outreach to offer negotiation and close
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews that keep candidates engaged and excited
- Develop smart recruiting strategies based on market trends and business needs
- Craft compelling job descriptions that attract the right people (not just more people)
- Partner with business development by providing talent insights for proposals
- Keep everything organized and flowing in our ATS (iCIMS)
- Confidently communicate compensation, benefits, and opportunities to candidates
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and hiring standards
What Makes You a Great Fit
You don't have to come from a traditional recruiting background-mindset is key.
- 2+ years in recruiting, sales, or a high-volume, relationship-driven role
- You're competitive, motivated, and love hitting (and beating) goals
- Strong communicator-you know how to connect, influence, and close
- Organized and able to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Curious and resourceful-you don't give up when a search gets tough
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if you bring the experience
