About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong experience in ServiceNow and JavaScript to support mission-critical programs in a cleared environment. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and platform integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem to deliver actionable insights for government and intelligence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on data science experience.

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong experience in ServiceNow and JavaScript to support mission-critical programs in a cleared environment. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and platform integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem to deliver actionable insights for government and intelligence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on data science experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions in a classified environment
- Build and integrate data science solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics, custom applications, and workflow automation
- Develop and maintain JavaScript code, including ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and mission-relevant insights
- Collaborate with government, intelligence, and internal technical teams to translate mission requirements into scalable analytics solutions
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and classified handling requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related technical role
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; or Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow, including integrations, Performance Analytics, and/or custom application development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly within the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Ability to work effectively in a classified, on-site environment
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or Performance Analytics)
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and model development
- Experience supporting DoD, IC, or other federal government customers
- Familiarity with cloud or hybrid environments in cleared settings
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
