What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Development Senior Manager, you will lead a team of industrial development professionals responsible for shaping and executing industrial participation and offset strategies in support of domestic and international programs. In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner closely with program management, business development, supply chain, production operations, contracts, and legal teams to ensure industrial development commitments are integrated early, executed effectively, and delivered on schedule and within budget. You will oversee relationships with international industry partners and foreign government offset organizations, guiding the development of compliant agreements and ensuring commitments are tracked, reported, and fulfilled. This role offers the opportunity to influence global campaigns and long-term partnerships while building and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of industrial development professionals. - Responsible for providing leadership, including mentoring, development and support for all assigned personnel, performance assessment, assignments and portfolio management.

- Provides liaison and interface with program management, business development, supply chain, production operations, contracts, legal and other organizations.

- Responsible for leading and supporting team members in developing and executing Industrial Development strategies and projects through early engagement in campaigns and execution of plans. Satisfy commitments on schedule and within budget.

- Oversees relationships with international industries and offset organizations within foreign governments to understand industrial development regulations and expectations.

- Directs the establishment of agreements with industrial development customers, suppliers and industrial partners that meet customer requirements.

- Directs the reporting on offset progress, and ensures industrial development commitments are implemented.

You are a strategic and collaborative leader with deep experience navigating industrial development, offsets, and international business environments. You bring the ability to translate complex regulatory and customer requirements into executable strategies that align with program objectives and enterprise goals. Known for your strong people leadership skills, you mentor and develop teams while driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. You are comfortable working across organizational boundaries and engaging with international customers, suppliers, and government stakeholders. Analytical, disciplined, and relationship-focused, you thrive in roles that require balancing strategy and execution, managing multiple priorities, and delivering on commitments in complex, global programs.

This position will require international travel.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing offset or industrial cooperation programs.

Working experience with global offset policies and demonstrated experience in government negotiations and industrial partnerships.

Organizational skills, collaboration,
communication and attention to detail experience

Experience working across multi-disciplinary and cross-Line of Business or cross-Business Area team environments to achieve business objectives.

Experience working independently as well as leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
Strong familiarity with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics products, services and processes.

Experience with portfolio management

Being a change agent

Developing organizational strategies and processes.

New Business Capture and Execution Experience

Bachelors Degree or Higher
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
