Description:This requisition will be used to hire two positions supporting the Development Programs portfolio. One supporting the IFG F-16 Viper Shield and USAF Integration program and the second supporting the Common Mission Processing (CMP) program.
Responsibilities include:
• Drive cost, schedule, and technical performance for the program
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals and negotiation of FMS contracts and contract changes
• Drive Earned Value Management requirements and ensure business practices are followed
• Manage subcontractors and LM partners
• Oversee risk and opportunity management
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and services to contract requirements and quality standards
• Ensure total weapon system meets strategic goals
• Domestic travel will be required.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Program/Project management experience and/or training
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Experience
• Earned Value Management
• Risk and Opportunity Management
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to interface and interact with all levels of the LM organization and customers
• Technical experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
