What You Will Be Doing
As a Capture Management Prin, you will support Global Pursuits within Aeronautics Strategy & Business Development, playing a critical role in shaping and winning new business opportunities. You will lead the early phases of capture planning, developing and executing Aeronautics Win Plans that position the company for success in highly competitive domestic and international markets. This role requires close engagement with U.S. and international government customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders, and offers the opportunity to influence major strategic pursuits from concept through contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute capture efforts for new business, recompetes, and task order opportunities.
- Develop and own the Aeronautics Win Plan, ensuring alignment with customer priorities, competitive dynamics, and corporate objectives.
- Shape capture strategies that balance customer value, competitive positioning, and business affordability.
- Conduct customer and competitor assessments, identifying key discriminators, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify and engage potential customers, partners, and suppliers, including teaming strategy development.
- Define business solutions, pricing strategies, and price-to-win analyses.
- Lead and integrate cross-functional capture teams, providing direction and accountability throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Participate in and support bid and proposal activities, ensuring consistency between capture strategy and proposal execution.
- Maintain close collaboration with Strategy & Business Development leadership and other internal organizations.
- Represent Aeronautics in meetings with U.S. Government, international customers, and industry partners.
