As a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-10, you will provide information and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when and where questions.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Knowledge or experience that is administrative, clerical, scientific, artistic, or technical in nature. Experience performing a variety of internal support, review and analysis assignments supporting various segments of maintenance management and conducting consulting or advisory services under the direction of a higher graded employee.

This position is designated as Essential Personnel and may be subject to duty in preparation for, or in response to, a state emergency or disaster declaration. This designation will not exceed 14 calendar days per year unless otherwise approved in advance by the TAG.
This position is indefinite without the potential to convert to permanent. Employees hired under indefinite appointments may not exceed 5 years (consecutive) time with the agency. The applicant selected may be released at any time subject to a 30-day notice and advised of his/her rights and benefits to which entitled. If a permanent employee accepts this indefinite position, their tenure will change from permanent to indefinite.
