Minimum Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate in a mental health discipline.
- Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice (Non-negotiable).
- Successful candidates MUST be in the Fairbanks local area

- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience providing direct clinical care.
- Proven Expertise: History of working successfully with military, first-responder, or other high-acuity/trauma populations.
- Modalities: Specialized training or certification in trauma-focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy).
