Remote Salesforce Business Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Remote Salesforce Business Analyst to join a large enterprise program. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to collect business requirements and create system documentation supporting business and IT activities.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Business Analyst include:

• Design Salesforce solutions, create and refine complex data models, and automate business processes

• Act as liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams, translating technical requirements into executable plans

• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements

• Develop and validate user stories and process flows to support Salesforce solution design

• Participate in customer-facing meetings, facilitate discussions, and provide technical guidance

• Break down roadmaps into epics and user stories; prioritize backlog with stakeholders

• Capture high-quality notes and incorporate feedback into iterative deliverables

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership

• Mentor other Business Analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications for the Salesforce Business Analyst:

• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering

• 5+ years capturing requirements and writing in Gherkin method

• 3+ years writing user stories in Agile environments

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, Tableau CRM)

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience working in Scrum or SAFe Agile environments

• Superior oral and written communication skills

• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Valid Salesforce certification (Business Analyst, Administrator, or Experience Cloud Consultant)

• SAFe certification (Product Owner or SAFe Agilist)

• Experience with healthcare policy or large-scale enterprise programs

• Data analysis and modeling experience within Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Compensation for the Salesforce Business Analyst includes:

• Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
