Responsibilities
- Analyze acquisition tasks for SSC, SpOC, and OSD.
- Manage administrative actions (awards, personnel moves, hiring).
- Draft technical and programmatic responses.
- Use NIPR/SIPR TMT and email for task management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, organize meetings, and brief leadership.
- Support integrated teams in planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 9+ years in program management, systems engineering, logistics, or space system acquisitions.
- Active Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligibility, and willingness for SAP access and polygraph.
- Experience across engineering life cycle and major system acquisitions.
- Knowledge of strategic acquisition processes (PPBE, reporting).
- Strong MS PowerPoint/Word, organizational, and communication skills.
- Flexible and detail-oriented.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
- Comprehensive benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays.
