Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

About The Role
Senior Unified Capabilities Subject Matter Expert.
- Maintains smooth operation of multi-user systems, including coordination with network engineers.
- Monitors and manages system resources, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.
- Act as a primary technical interface with government stakeholders, RCC leadership, and vendors, translating mission requirements into technical solutions and providing regular operational and risk status reporting.
- Drive lifecycle management activities, including software upgrades, configuration governance, and failover planning, ensuring high availability and continuity of service. Provide senior-level escalation support and strategic guidance for complex incidents, balancing operational urgency with long-term architectural stability.
- Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years w/o BS/BA; 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D OR 1 of the following certifications: SecurityX / CASP+ CCNP Security CCSP FITSP-O GFACT Preferred - Cloud+ ce, Ribbon Professional Certs
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Technical Support of CONUS IP VTC and Voice Over IP (VOIP) Telephony.
- Technical Advisor for US Army Voice Modernization version 1.0 and 2.0.
- Expertise in VoIP and VTC system operations, maintenance, and security.
- Use of network devices from multiple vendors to include Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Various Network technologies to troubleshoot network issues related to routing, firewall or Access Control List issues
