BUILDER Point of Contact | Data Manager

The BUILDER Point of Contact | Data Manager will serve as the primary liaison for all BUILDER system activities at Al Udeid Air Base. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and secure management of facility, project, and personnel data, supporting operational readiness, infrastructure planning, and mission execution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database management, strong organizational skills, and experience working in a military or highly structured environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all BUILDER-related inquiries, system updates, and operational support at Al Udeid Air Base.
• Maintain and manage accurate, up-to-date data within the BUILDER system, including facility information, project status, and personnel assignments.
• Coordinate with base leadership, civil engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure proper data entry, validation, and reporting.
• Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports to leadership, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
• Monitor BUILDER system updates, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical problems as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to personnel on proper data entry, system navigation, and compliance with BUILDER standards.
• Assist with audits, reviews, and inspections, ensuring that all BUILDER records are compliant with Air Force and DoD standards.
• Support planning and execution of infrastructure projects by providing reliable and timely data from the BUILDER system.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience with BUILDER or similar DoD/USAF facility management systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, including accuracy, security, and validation.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
• Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
• Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar
• Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
• Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

TRAVEL: 100%, in deployed location.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
