This Key Personnel role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team Salesforce initiatives while ensuring technical excellence, contractual compliance, and alignment with customer strategic objectives.
The TPM will serve as the primary coordination and escalation point across Agile teams, stakeholders, and vendors—ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and mission-critical Salesforce solutions.
About LTS:
LTS provides trusted consulting, and solutions in an increasingly complex and growing world. Our deep expertise in technology and analytics helps us serve a broad constituency of clients that range from cabinet-level departments of the U.S. Government to the largest Federal IT contractors in the world.
What You’ll Do:
Provide oversight of all aspects of field-level and task-level project performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, financial, and quality assurance activities
Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational objectives
Supervise project personnel; organize and assign responsibilities while balancing workload and capacity across teams
Maintain regular customer contact to ensure conformity with contractual obligations and expectations
Coordinate multiple Agile teams (e.g., Agile Release Trains) to manage dependencies and align deliverables
Participate in and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and program-level retrospectives
Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy and business goals
Track milestones and deliverables; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Serve as a point of escalation for issues spanning multiple teams or requiring enterprise-level resolution
Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives
Leverage technical expertise to support teams in resolving complex technical challenges
Promote Agile and Lean best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives
Review and ensure quality of deliverables through disciplined SDLC practices, CI/CD adoption, and adherence to quality standards
Manage integration of vendor tasks and review third-party deliverables for compliance and performance
Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure program health and drive performance improvements
Work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet mission needs
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role
Willing and able to commute to D.C. as required
U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Experience managing functional teams of 20–25 resources
Project Management Professional (PMP) or FAC-PPM certification
SAFe Agile certification
Experience delivering Federal IT programs
Experience with the Salesforce platform
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex, non-routine technical and managerial challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
Grants management experience
Department of Commerce experience (e.g., NIST, NOAA, OCIO, NTIA)
Agile, project management, or technical certifications
What’s In It for You?
The Opportunity to support high-visibility federal missions in IT and healthcare
A culture that values innovation, growth, collaboration, and quality
Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies
Comprehensive benefits for you and your family
A career path that rewards ambition and performance
