Nightwing is seeking an experienced and cleared Systems Integrator in support of USG in the Herndon area. The right candidate will Function as Executive Officer for Chief and Deputy Chief. Provide administrative duties for group personnel (access to systems, vault access, employee check-in/check-out, etc.). Create and coordinate responses to corporate actions in the Customer tool to include dissemination of actions from outside organizations to appropriate divisions and follow through to completion; coordinate and combine disparate responses into single, coherent response. Serve as focal point for all group actions and data calls. Individual in this position provides support in the areas of strategic planning, support to technical efforts within the Center by contributing to Sponsor programs and projects. Attends and contributes to Sponsor related project control gates that utilize Project Management Framework (PMF). Interfaces with the IC and industry on common programs, goals and objectives, such as those found in the Sponsor Roadmap. Support and represent Sponsor in efforts related to mission planning. Plan and facilitate weekly group wide Project Management Reviews (PMRs) to include drafting agenda with meeting chair, scheduling briefers, reviewing briefings, serving as secretariat, recording actions, and drafting minutes for chair review. Track Project Progress in Customer's PMTool. Develop and present briefings, status reports. Leverage experience across the Center, Group, and external offices. Create/update/review documentation/deliverables/briefings. Provide administrative support to boards. Serve as backup focal point for all actions and data calls as needed/requested. Draft corporate communications with Customer and disseminate corporate communications.

Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience working well with large diverse teams, alone and with mission partners as
required. - Strong understanding of Customer environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment.
- Experience in Customer's Project Management Framework.
- Ability to Incorporates/Implement changes to schedule
- Working knowledge of Customer's organization, internal policies and processes
- Project Organization/tracking
- Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to "go the extra mile" in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements
are met. - Ability to work as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment
- Highly mission oriented

- Years of Experience Required: 11+ years of experience or combination of education and experience
- Required Education Level/Major: BS in Business, Communications, or Computer Science
- Equivalent Experience may be Substituted for Educational Requirement
- Professional License or Certification: Not required, but PMP and ITIL Foundations Certification is desirable
