Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible, and respond to situations as they arise, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for aerospace and defense environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities or incidents, including suspicious persons, property damage, or unusual occurrences within the aerospace and defense location.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and support daily operations.
• Maintain awareness of site-specific protocols relevant to the aerospace and defense industry, including restricted areas and sensitive equipment.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Document all activities, incidents, and observations clearly and accurately in daily reports or as otherwise required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
