This role focuses on early‑stage UX—capturing requirements, mapping workflows, and rapidly iterating wireframes to ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
• Lead creation of low‑ and mid‑fidelity wireframes for dashboards, workflows, and data‑rich applications.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture aligned to operational command structures.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture requirements and translate them into actionable UX artifacts.
• Produce wireframe mockups that enable rapid iteration before development begins.
• Ensure consistency between the master integrated dashboard and drill‑down use‑case layers.
• Conduct user interviews and workflow analysis to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers to convert wireframes into user stories and acceptance criteria.
