Are you a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) looking for a flexible, impactful role? Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking mission-driven professionals to provide behavioral health support for unaccompanied minors during surge operations and backfill needs in El Centro, CA.

Your Role: Support When It's Needed Most
  • Provide mental health support & crisis intervention for unaccompanied minors
  • Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations to identify trauma-related symptoms
  • Ensure child safety & well-being by monitoring interactions and assessing emotional distress
  • Apply trauma-informed care strategies to help minors develop healthier coping mechanisms
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure culturally sensitive, effective care
  • Maintain accurate documentation & shift reports
Who We Need:
  • Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
  • Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
  • Strong crisis intervention & trauma-informed care expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
