We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Specialist to join our team in Charlotte. This role involves supporting the Itron Meter reading and billing systems, performing data analyses, and providing technical support to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Rate: $43 - $48 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical and functional support for meter reading and field service applications, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough analysis and resolution of system usage and problems at both local and remote locations.
• Collaborate with end users to understand business processes, identify information requirements, and develop ad-hoc SQL queries for data analysis and custom report generation.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of tactics and practices.
• Familiarity with system life cycles, systems development (SDLC), and information technology best practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting integrated software applications, using SQL query tools and MS Excel for problem-solving.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
