Job Description

As a Security Guard - Aerospace Patrol Driver in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct unarmed patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas by vehicle as well as on foot. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity, helping to deter potential issues.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to designated areas in accordance with location requirements.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activities to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.
• Support emergency response activities when needed, maintaining communication with Allied Universal and site contacts.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity in and around the location, adapting to changing environments as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
