SUMMARY:
This is a full time position providing support to the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). The Senior Analyst serves as the Valiant Site Lead the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). This position manages all the Valiant Employees within the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) that includes employees assigned to all Operations Groups, Headquarters Support Team, and Technical Support Group. This role is critical in supporting large-scale training exercises by providing operational analysis, simulation oversight, and multimedia product development to enhance unit readiness.

This role is critical in supporting large-scale training exercises by providing operational analysis, simulation oversight, and multimedia product development to enhance unit readiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop with the Prime Contractor the annual work plan for all exercise support requirements.
- Interface with Army customers to provide exercise analyst, data management, audio visual, and simulation analyst support across the program.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Army required training requirements.
- Supervise Exercise analyst serving as lead planners to ensure that the Exercise Life Cycle (ELC) is being followed and all requirements are identified, planned, and executed.
- Supervise the Audio visual Manger to develop and deliver multimedia products (e.g., visual aids, video clips, annotated maps) to support After Action Reviews (AARs) and enhance learning outcomes.
- Supervise the Data Management Manager to ensure that all mission command systems are monitored to allow for data analysis to support current operations and AAR production.
- Ensure synchronization between simulation operations and real-time exercise events to maintain training realism and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated the ability to analyze contract requirements and thru organizational leadership build the support plan to accomplish all requirements.
- Successfully served in a key developmental position at brigade/battalion level (i.e., Executive Officer, S3, Operations Sergeant Major, etc.) Deleted previous line that was specific to Intel and made it MOS immaterial.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport; must be willing and able to travel both OCONUS and CONUS in support of up to five Warfighter Exercises per fiscal year, including associated planning and coordination events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to develop professional briefings and analytical products.
- Previous experience at a Combat Training Center (CTC) or with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) as a planner, Observer/Controller, or simulation support staff, preferred.
- Experience serving as a primary staff officer at the brigade level or higher, with demonstrated leadership in planning and executing large-scale operations, preferred.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a Military Educational Level (MEL) 4
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as: Military Science, National Security Studies, Information Systems, Logistics or Supply Chain Management (especially for Sustainment-focused roles), Political Science or International Relations (for Intel or C2 roles)
- OR -
- Master's degree in a related field desired.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a S ECRET security clearance and meet a ll eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must be eligible for and able to obtain a valid U.S. passport for international travel.
