Supply Manager

Position is contingent upon contract award

As the Supply Manager, you will oversee inventory control, logistics, and business operations at Al Udeid Air Base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing supply chains, optimizing inventory procedures, and ensuring seamless logistical operations in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUCNTIONS:

• Lead and manage all supply chain and inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient inventory control procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including procurement, distribution, storage, and transportation of materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory, supply levels, and logistical performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Train, mentor, and supervise supply staff to maintain high performance standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, or business operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, supply chain best practices, and logistical procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-security and dynamic environment such as a military base.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
• Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
• Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar
• Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
• Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

TRAVEL: 100%, in deployed location.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
