DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc., is looking for Operation Analyst(s) for a new opportunity. We are seeking 2 Mid-level and 2 Senior level candidates. This is a contingency opportunity with an expected start date of March 15, 2026, here in San Diego, California. An Active Security Clearance is required.
Operations Analyst II - $93k to $97K
(Mid-Level Analyst)
* Must have an Active Security Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field
* 5 years of related experience
Operations Analyst III - $115k to $122k
(Senior Analyst)
* Must have an Active Security Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field
* 10 years of related experience
JOB DESCRIPTION: Operation Analysts will;
a) Help to determine better ways to coordinate and manage large organizations that require the effective use of a budget, materials, equipment and people.
b) Be able to apply analytical methods from mathematics, science and engineering.
c) Be able to work with diverse issues such as top-level strategy, planning, forecasting, resources allocation, performance measurement, scheduling, the design of production facilities and systems, supply chain management, pricing, transportation and distribution, and the analysis of large databases.
e) Gather information, then select the most appropriate analytical technique.
Operation Analysts should have a high level of experience working in a blended environment utilizing online tools such as Microsoft Teams to communicate and perform tasking.
Additional programs to be familiar with include:
• Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO),
• Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook and Visio),
• Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Insights),
• Microsoft Stream and Adobe Premiere Pro for Videos,
• Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Primavera Scheduling,
• Atlassian Confluence Wiki, Atlassian Jira, Tableau Software, Waypoints (for workforce development services),
• Cameo System Modeler, Advana with Qlik interfaces, UiPath to run automations, and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), also known as Navy-ERP.
