A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler.
Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire
Duration: 12 months
Location: Tempe Arizona 85281
As an Assembler , you will:
• Work in a clean room environment, responsible for operating various tools in the production of MCP.
• Will include machine set up, running and minor preventive maintenance duties. Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications.
Essential Functions:
• Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
• This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Proficient in good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
• clearly read and write in English.
• Experience to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Ideal candidate will have
• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum or 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18-$19 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
