Execute the requirements for COMSEC operations IAW AFMAN 17-1302-0
Essential Job Functions:
Communications Security shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
Designate a COMSEC Responsible Officer.
Accomplish initial and refresher COMSEC training.
Perform COMSEC self-inspections using MICT.
Perform unit cryptographic program upkeep and execution.
Perform unit secure voice program upkeep and execution.
Qualifications:
Three (3) years of Industrial security experience.
If you can provide in detail your practical experience with:
1) Simple Key Loaders (SKLs)? Please specify the types of SKLs you've operated or maintained, the frequency of use, and the specific functions you performed (e.g., key loading, destruction, troubleshooting, inventory management, or associated administrative tasks).
2. COMSEC Inventory & Accounting Programs: Regarding COMSEC Inventory and Accounting Programs (or similar management tools for COMSEC material), could you elaborate on your experience? What specific programs or databases have you utilized for COMSEC material accountability, audits, lifecycle management, or discrepancy reporting?
3. Local Element (LE) Operations: Describe your prior experience working at the COMSEC Local Element (LE) level. What were your primary responsibilities, and what challenges did you typically address in that role? Providing examples of your involvement in COMSEC material management, incident reporting procedures, or key management operations would be highly beneficial.
Must possess a SECRET security clearance.
