Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT Service and sub-service owners to understand strategic plans and identify areas impacting the business.
- IT liaison between business functional leadership for Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Engineering, etc.
- Facilitate IT Service Delivery and escalations for business-critical services.
- Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to cross-functional staff at various levels concerning business unit requests, projects, and initiatives.
- Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantages and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
- Frequently address new and challenging problems requiring effective solutions.
- Confirm delivery of new technology solutions as well as capabilities in accordance with the roadmap to ensure that they meet the established objectives and expectations of business partners.
- Facilitate IT Service Delivery and escalations for business-critical services.
- Daily coordination and interface with IT suppliers to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met and identify improvement opportunities.
- Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance at the Secret level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Project Management certifications or relevant experience.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry or manufacturing preferred.
- Cross-functional IT knowledge and experience (infrastructure, applications, security, networking).
- Self-directed, versatile, and able to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deliverables.
